Walls and Moats
And much is known of the evil that bureaucracy indulges itself,
How it makes idols of its will, and how fully it satisfies itself,
The absolute rules and regulations its Heaven in their progression,
And indulged in their intricacies, intransigence is the fruitiest way,
Though perplexing to a human, the bureaucrat’s taste is the sweetest.
