Shadowers
In shadows, in light, their bodies must be somewhere;
How the righteous work hard on their helter-goodness;
Boasting of their learned exegeses at every opportune hour;
Who disguise themselves to manipulate their conscience;
Disassembling what others shouldn’t believe;
And out of whose mouths caw creeds for salvation;
Slipping into absorbent minds with their influence;
Fraudulent tale-tellers dismissing dissent as a favour to their ideology;
Rapt with the sensations of promises in their assaulting words;
For their sake the lie is the truth created to be believed.
